Sirinchaya Kiatpanont

Sirinchaya Kiatpanont, or Sirin, is a Grade 6 student at Darunsikkhalai School, where project-based learning emphasizes real-world collaboration. In one project, she felt voiceless under a controlling leader and learned how exclusion can silence people. From then on, she promised to lead differently. Sirin now ensures every team member is heard—an approach she calls the "team jar." Though quiet, she believes leadership is about listening, not controlling. Her experiences have shown that the most effective leaders uplift others. To Sirin, true leadership means creating space for shared ideas and fostering a collaborative, respectful environment.
